What does this pull request do?

When a mob can link by both sight and sound the check for sight was returning false and we were never checking sound. Added a check for both.

Steps to test these changes

A current family of mobs that aggro by sight and sound are aerns inside sea.

Aggro one of them near you
Try to link with sound and sight
See both work
