What does this pull request do?

  • Assigns correct models to Motsognir adds
  • Splits Berserkr into 3 different mobs to account for model/job differences
  • Splits Vanquished Einherjar into 3 different mobs to account for model/job differences
  • Links all tier 3 mobs and bosses to their appropriate spells and skills list
  • Adds scripts for certain t3 mobs with custom behavior, along with all tier 3 boss scripts.
  • Sjokrakjen can spawn in Einherjar t3
  • Adds some text IDs for Dendainsonne emotes

Unrelated to Einherjar:

  • Adds utils.all, counterpart to utils.any, returns true if all elements of table match predicate

Steps to test these changes

Run Einherjar t3 / spawn them individually.
