Updates the HNM Serket with captures from retail. Updates Scorpion TP moves based off JP Wiki, Jimmys sheet, and some of my own testing.

Updates several Scorpion TP Moves with info from Jimmys Sheet

Tested "Evasion" myself, looks to be around 50 evasion, as my hit rate dropped 28% when they applied it.
