What does this pull request do?

  • Fixed many jobs getting merit traits without first unlocking the trait through merits, such as Savagery and Aggressive Aim.
  • Content tags Damage limt+ to ROV
  • Adds new module to revert job specials to 2 hour cooldowns
  • Creates a new abyssea folder and job adjustment modules to undo job and merit changes that happened during the abyssea era. Starts the module with Warrior adjustments.

Steps to test these changes

  • Load modules and see that Warrior abilities have differing cooldowns
