[sql] Update quantity of items sold by Bonecraft guild

What does this pull request do?

Updates the initial_quantity and max_quantity of items in the Bonecraft guild shop with this data from Sruon.

• Reorders items according how they appear in retail.
• Removes Bone Chip, Fish Scales and Shagreen File. These were removed in the June 2014 update.
• This PR doesn't alter the min_price, max_price or daily_increase. That'll require further auditing.

Steps to test these changes

• Create or modify entries.
• Run dbtool without errors.
• Verify that the database reflects the changes
