[lua] Uninvited Guests, Mammets Cleanup

What does this pull request do?

• Cleans up code for mammets and unifies their code across all 3 types.
• Fixes broken offset logic for summoning additional mammets (was set to 3, i = 2, so IDs were offsetting to +3, +5 etc. instead of sequential.
• Updates delay for Mammet - 800 (Uninvited Guests) and also changes base damage based on form
