What does this pull request do?

First quest to unlock Adventuring Fellows.
Quest completion explicitly disabled until core is wired up to save the fellow data.

Sets the correct default event for Bheem and Red Ghost.

Just tried out doing the quest and it worked for me up until the completion part where I never recieve the reward(silver ingot) and the quest doesn't shift to completed. Ended up using the gm command to complete the quest, but it won't progress to the next quest "girl in the looking glass". I'm assuming the following quests haven't been implemented yet?

Ah I see. Been tinkering to enjoy the game again solo and couldn't find anything on the subject in the discussion. Thanks for the info.
