What does this pull request do?

If you're wondering wtf bundled augments are, it's what's used by Oboro/i119 REMA augs/Dyna-D necks/Odyssey etc.
They're effectively stored as a single ID (but internally mapping to up to 6 effects) in the equipment exdata and have a RP curve to level them up to a specific rank depending on the quality of the item.
I don't have a better name for it, feel free to suggest.
