What does this pull request do?

Definitions for:

• Chocobo card
• Chocobo egg
• Crafting Set
• Evolith
• Glowing Lamp
• Bonanza Marbles
• MMM Tabulas

Includes a separate small tweak to properly release the lamps in Einherjar as that's been bugged since recent container changes.

Steps to test these changes

Retested what's already actively in use:

• Ran Einherjar
• Obtained Bonanza marbles with !givebonanzapearl

MMM Tabulas will probably need another pass - I'll do that when I push the packets for it.
