[lua, sql] Rework ToAU 15 Black Coffin battlefield

What does this pull request do?

• Implements ToAU 15 The Black Coffin mission battlefield.
• Gessho now teleports if he is too close to his target, and follows up with a Gessho specific feather storm.
• Ashu Talif Captain now has a chance for his Vulcan Shot to be interrupted by Gessho
• Several mob skill parameter and logic adjustments
• TODO left for more accurate to retail behavior for fomor ranged attacks
