What does this pull request do?

This PR audits multiple NMs and the delay of the Hippogryph mob family based on retail captures. This PR does the following:

Boroka (ID: 16896131)

• Adjusted delay.
• Adjusted level range.
• Added additional immunities.

Imdugud (ID: 16896107)

• Adjusted delay.
• Adjusted level range.
• Added observed Weapon Damage modifier.

Unstable Cluster (ID: 16896155)

• Adjusted HP.
• Implemented Self-Destruct behavior to auto attack for the number of remaining bombs (3 bombs = 3 autos, 2 bombs = 2 autos, 1 bomb = 1 auto).
• Added permanent Blaze Spikes damage based on retail captures.

Strato Hippogryph (normal mob)

• Adjusted delay.

Nimbus Hippogryph (normal mob)

• Adjusted delay.

Hippogryph (normal mob)

• Adjusted delay.

Cloud Hippogryph (normal mob)

• Adjusted delay.
