[lua] [sql] Improve Hundredfaced Hapool Ja

What does this pull request do?

Hundredfaced Hapool Ja had some bugs

1. bad scoping of the "main" mob caused extra clones
2. it does not standback
3. it does not cast utsusemi on engage (but its clones do cast on engage)
4. it attacks twice
5. the clones should use TP moves when the main one does
6. it does not ranged attack

Note: Delay is guessed. The behavior isnt quite right but it looks a lot more similar to the video below.
