What does this pull request do?

Audits bats in COP - WOTG expansions. These bats are able to use Turbulence and Slip Stream mobskills.

Steps to test these changes

Go to any normal flock bat type mob in an expansion zone, engage it and use !tp 3000 to feed TP. See that they can now use the 2 additional mobskills.
