What does this pull request do?

Adjusts the content_tag for 'Dawn Mulsum' synthesis recipe to ABYSSEA.

It was added to the DAT in 2007 (TOAU) but no recipe was made available for it until 2011.

"Implementation is Version upgrade on March 8, 2007 Although it is old, it has been Recipe was unknown. Released in March 2011 Masters Guide by Recipe was revealed."

Steps to test these changes

py -3 dbtool.py to update database

In main.lua set
RESTRICT_CONTENT = 1
ENABLE_ABYSSEA = 0

It should not be possible synthesize Dawn Mulsum.

In main.lua set
RESTRICT_CONTENT = 1
ENABLE_ABYSSEA = 1

It should now be possible synthesize Dawn Mulsum.
