Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now the email subject can only static text.
Could cause the email to cluster up, if lots of ticket emails arrives.

Describe the solution you'd like
Be able to add something like {ExternalTicketId} in the settings. For it to render the external ticket id
