The brews section referenced disentangle-network/homebrew-tap with a
HOMEBREW_TAP_GITHUB_TOKEN that was never configured, causing GoReleaser
to fail with 401 Bad Credentials on every release. This blocked Docker
image publishing for v0.1.2.

Remove the brews section entirely until a homebrew tap is set up.
Also add :latest tag to Docker metadata.
