SafePath Lite (SPL) is an NLP-driven contract risk analysis engine designed to help SMEs identify high-risk legal clauses before signing agreements. This project implements a data-driven, rule-based Natural Language Processing (NLP) framework built on the CUAD (Contract Understanding Atticus Dataset) corpus.
