Directly editable Load order numbers

Instead of having to drag and drop to change load order, which can be a hassle if you've got a lot of mods, let the Load order # Field be editable, so that if I need to move a mod from # 403 to # 101, i can just click that mod's entry and type 101 instead of having to drag the mod past 302 mods to get to the right spot.
