Port to Python 3

Find the best approach to port to py3k, probably at a compat module like CherryPy uses.

Yeah sorry, I didn't a get a chance to work on it yet and I have no clear idea as to when I will. But this is still a high priority.

I ported it but it's not well tested, just that it works in Py3.
