- Replace nested SpanData tree architecture with flat event emission matching ateam/stratix event model
- Add CaptureConfig with L1-L6 layer gating, ateam-aligned field names/defaults/presets
- TraceCollector as single chokepoint for config gating, attestation hashing, and sequence numbering
- Rewrite all adapters (provider + framework) to emit events instead of building span trees
