Summary

  • Remove the --bill-to flag from ecloud compute app deploy, hardcoding billTo to "developer"
  • Isolated billing requires pre-computing an app ID and funding it before deploy - workflows the CLI doesn't support yet
  • The feature remains available via the SDK; CLI support will be added later
