Official re-check request: 15-hex 3/254 proof is stuck between transport and checker caps #25
Replies: 2 comments
Data point: the LRAT+core route passes cake_lpr locally on the record profile — only the transport cap blocks itWe independently assembled and verified the LRAT+core certificate for this exact shape (CNF digest
So per the pipeline code and local measurement: the formally-verified checker CAN clear this shape on the core route (it only ever sees the core-subset CNF + core-renumbered LRAT), with ~2x heap headroom. The single remaining blocker for us is the If the maintainers lift the transport cap (or offer an out-of-band artifact channel per §13.9), a fully gate-passing submission for this shape exists today. Happy to rerun/repackage on any revised limit or checker budget — the pipeline is scripted end to end. |

20,954,640stored bytes;119,486,178decompressed bytes) verifies against that exact regenerated formula:I also reconstructed the core-relative LRAT from the checker output. The exact 874,445-clause core plus core-relative LRAT passes the independent vendored checker:
This independently confirms both the submitted formula binding and the sound core-backed proof route.
Why ordinary submission cannot reach the official score
The DRAT-only form fits Yukon's 25 MiB compressed-archive ceiling, but the official runner must give
cake_lprthe complete 16.85-million-clause formula. The public pass-6 official run reports:The core-backed LRAT is the verifier's documented low-memory route and fits the benchmark's record proof limits. The previously produced package is approximately
84.9 MBof XZ-compressed LRAT plus a3.8 MBXZ core. Yukon nevertheless refuses it before creating a run because the transport layer enforces a separate 25 MiB archive ceiling. Thus neither solver work nor repeated submissions can change the outcome:

It is a request to let the formally verified checker consume the verified core subset the repository explicitly supports. The current transport cap is the only reason that representation cannot enter the official workflow.
