Whats new ?

New Writer classes designed to work as a broker between the DbConfig and the database class
Writer class Encrypts values between the config file and the Database file.
DbConfig::load now allows abililty to use your own custom Writer file class.

Whats changed
Config Files now encrypted using a new PhpWriter class and decrypted on the database class.
Credentials manager now called DbConfig and method is now called load()

This Script can be used as a standalone script or as part of another project
