Changed the way the Database connection is handled, now support env and arrays along with config files, small code rewrite new
now has support for php 8.4

Whats changed?
Slight code rewrite.
File names have been changed Connection::instantite() is now required instead of DbConfig::load();
PhpWriter class has been removed
