Date CLass support

The Date is now managed using an external DateClass located here here, using composer is recommended for pulling all required files in one go.

Ability to Set expiry

Added support to set an expiry for the session and cookie expiry.

Ability to change global format

Added support to change output format of Date class methods within the session

Ability to delete sessions

Sessions can now be deleted as specified or by destroying the session completely

Ability to change the Table name

Table name can now be overwritten by using the setTable method.
