What's new

This is latest release before I will move from using go-darknet
Main motivation is simple: no portable model format - Darknet .cfg/.weights are traditional, but this is limiting deployment option (no TensorRT, no ONNX ecosystem tooling).

So in this release I've just added a couple of benchmarks
