  • Protocol and Relay Server: !N is back with the 73-channel name map; conflicts; devices asks each board Protocol: !N <name> / !N? restored (channel = 11 + n mod 73, group = 15 + n mod 241, from radio-robot-lib's Radio addressing spec), plus the missing !CGT and !VER? rows and the caps: token list. Relay Server: the registry's conflict vs channel-conflict severities, re-derived defaults after a mapping change, and mbrelay devices naming every board (robots too) with role and firmware.

  • Names give a default; the relay's registry says where a robot is The wiki was migrated from master, which never carried the named-links work, so these pages predated it entirely. This brings all three up to the shipped protocol: section 3.7 rewritten around a name deriving only a DEFAULT address, !N removed from the command and query tables (it is gone from the firmware), and the relay-server page gains the name registry -- what it is, its HTTP and CLI surfaces, the three-layer precedence, and why moving a robot is a two-sided change. Connecting now leads with 'mbrelay connect tovez'. Stamped updated: 2026-08-31.
