Question
Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 (2560x1600 px), Android 12, rooted.
LeanType: 4.1.5, via F-Droid
When I installed LeanType, the setup asked me about the percentage of screen to use. I left it at the suggested 77%, not sure what exactly that meant. In portrait mode, the keyboard looks normal. In landscape, it is very small, taking up maybe 1/4 of the usable space and it is not usable. The individual keys are maybe 5mm tall and the predictions don't work very well.
I use this tablet mostly to browse and read. I have a cover that folds in a way that it supports the tablet on my desk or an airplane tray table. I've gone through the settings and changed things that I thought might control this behavior, but I'm not having any luck.
I'm trying to get away from spyware from G/S/A/M, so I'd like to use LeanType or something similar that respects my privacy.
Thanks for any ideas.
