This commit also modifies: - Remove Literal rule from rustemo.grammar as it was unreachable - Rename Rule IntegerToken to IntegerValue as to reserve Token for only for actual tokens - Modify the parsing of the TokenStringLiteral to return a string without the sorrounding quotes

Description
This PR adds the for now complete grammar for the language.
This PR also modifies the tests to generate the lexer ,parser and symbol table output files
