Include a change log / "what's new" section

Would be really helpful as a way to zero in on changes worth reviewing when new versions are published.

Would a link to the commit or PR history work? (not ideal, but at least doesn't duplicate information)

@tannerwelsh: hm, might be a little tricky since it looks like PR descriptions currently just include a link pointing to another issue (in a private repo, too). Maybe as a part of the automated build + deploy process a new release+tag could be created with a description that includes all of the commit messages?

Super low priority to me btw in case that wasn't clear. Just came to mind as a nice-to-have. :)
