IE mode authorisation rejected by Learning Locker

Looks like Learning Locker doesn't support Internet Explorer for client side tracking?

From what I can see, this part of the spec hasn't been implemented at all: https://github.com/adlnet/xAPI-Spec/blob/master/xAPI.md#cors

Oh good! I didn't see that when I looked at the code. Wonder why the storyline 2 packages arent working. Needs more testing and investigation, maybe test the golf course in IE.

@garemoko when I run the golf example in IE8 it doesn't even send a request...
