- Fixes letter casing issues (Corrects cases. #423).
- Fixes PUT to Document API gives 500 error #426 (Fixes #426. #427).
- Fixes RE: #360 IE 9 is not able to getStatements using Tin Can Js (Rustici driver) #412 (Issue/412 #425).
- Improves README file.
- Improves workbench support (Fixes issue with workbench. #428 Removes unnecessary code and improves workbench support. #429).

Corrects cases.
Preferring `\LockerRequest::hasParam(x)` over `isset($this->params[x])`.
Provides more information and follows my template for a readme (my template has been refined and tested several times).
