Add keyword/search term filter to the subcommands

It can be annoying, if the issue you look for isn't in the result set of your query. That means you need to call the command with another --page flag. A better solution: The number of results should be able to be quickly cut down in size by using keywords/search terms.

As far as I can tell, Gitea's API doesn't seem to really support this use case. You can only Search for issues across the repositories that the user has access to. You can limit the search to an owner but not a repo...

Oh actually, Gitea does support this use case under the List a repository's issues section with the q parameter.

Well, nvm, it doesn't look like a search query is supported for PRs... properly NVM, I found an API endpoint, heh... It's the same one as the issues. You can filter by type.
