Lighten every page, add Features and Technical architecture pages
- All pages shortened in both languages: justifications, repeated
explanations and details visible on the screenshots removed, explanatory
tables turned into lists
- New pages: Fonctionnalités / Features, Architecture technique / Technical
architecture
- Corrections: Select all and Check all describe what the buttons really do,
the two locked-database entries of the French troubleshooting page are
merged, issue links all point to the form chooser
- Cancel and Limitations now say that an interrupted plain copy may leave an
incomplete file, fix planned for 1.3.1

Reduce the requirements page to what is needed to run RSRebase
Windows 10 or 11 and RomStation installed and run once; for conversions, the
emulators that contain the tools. Downloaded games are not a requirement.

- English pages added: Home, Requirements, Installing, Usage, The rebase,
Target architectures, External tools, Presets, Rebase log, Limitations,
Troubleshooting, Error codes
- Language switch at the top of every page, bilingual sidebar
- Screenshots of version 1.3.0 in both languages
- The page on editing architecture JSON files by hand is removed: the
architecture editor replaces it
