- Step 3: instead of home project folder, use project folder with more storage: cd /gpfs/radev/project/levenstein/[net_id]
- Step 5: missing = in wheel=0.37.0
- Since we're not using requirements.txt anymore, put Run pip install ipykernel back in Step 7

This works now! Changes:
- In step 1, add "(If you are using the VS Code Proxy, as described in
vs_code.md, you are already on a compute node.)" - Consider switching steps 4 and 5, so that cookiecutter gets installed in your conda environment
- Fix paths in step 7, currently they point to your home folder (e.g. replace
~with..) - Specify that the tutorial nb needs to be copied to the prnn_tutorial folder (If you are in
prnn_tutorial, you can runrsync -r ../pRNN/examples/ .
