Does this integration continously saves data on inverter?

I wonder if this integration performs continuous writes and modifications on the inverter? I’d rather not risk killing the device by constantly overwriting the EEPROM.

The integration itself does not continuously change inverter settings just because it is running. The integration exposes writable controls such as number, select, switch, etc. When you change it in your automation then ESPHome sends a Modbus write command to the Deye inverter.

Thank you for the reply. I’m also wondering how many write cycles the EEPROM can withstand.
