0.1.0 - It's certainly an release

It's Suezo's Eye.
It's basically MR3AV but now with support for non 1.6.0 versions of PCSX2.

It offers support for MR3 v1.1 and MF3. (sorry, no support for 1.0 yet, if ever)

You need .net 9 for it to do the thing.
I have no idea how to put this all into one EXE.

I don't have Github update functionality yet so you'll have to check back here time to time. I just wanted something out.
