oauth 3rd party app with agents API key -> tool use with oauth work correctly.

Hi, this may potentially be a bug or maybe I'm misunderstanding the use case.

What is supposed to happen if an API key is generated for an agent that has a tool that uses MCP with oauth?
Is it currently setup that way? For example if someone is using the API key from an app that was authenticated with oauth, will the credentials be passed through to the agent tools?
