Custom Endpoint not showing up

What happened?

I tried looking on the Discord channel but I'm not allowed to post my question there (don't know why).
I'm trying to add a custom endpoint for LM Studio.

This is my librechat.yaml:

After restarting docker as per the documentation (docker compose restart), nothing shows up in the UI:

Double-check startup logs as the server starts to see if your config is being parsed correctly, to rule out formatting errors.

If you have the ENDPOINTS environment variable set, you need to add custom i.e.:

ENDPOINTS=openAI,custom # etc.

Also review #9746 to see if Redis (if used) may be causing the issue as well as other potential causes.

No Redis in play.

ENDPOINTS is not configured in the .env:

debug logging is on and as per screenshot in the original post, nothing gets logged. Unless there is a different place for startup logs

Log locations:

• Docker: Project root directory ./logs
• npm: ./api/logs or ./logs as well

There are two types of logs that can help diagnose the issue:

• debug logs (debug-YYYY-MM-DD.log)
• error logs (error-YYYY-MM-DD.log)

If there's an error with the YAML, it would be in the error log.

Otherwise, you should see the valid, parsed custom config (YAML) in debug logs:
