wiki: add OS-Compatibility page + v1.1.1 changelog entry - New OS-Compatibility.md (mirrors claude-ops/docs/os-compatibility.md shipped in PR #100): support matrix, install commands per channel, credential cascade explainer, daemon registration, browser profiles, URL opener, dev/CI guidance, known limitations. - _Sidebar.md: linked OS Compatibility under Reference; bumped version badge from v1.1.0 to v1.1.1. - Changelog.md: new v1.1.1 section covering #100 (docs) and #101 (gog cleanup + Darwin guards + test detector hardening). Updated release-timeline mermaid + the badge counts at the top. - Home.md: bumped version badge.
