Split the monolithic prism-reference.md into two focused guides: - astra-reference.md: spec structure, decisions (what is/isn't a decision), parameterization, constraints, recipes, universes, insights, sub-analyses - prism-reference.md: CLI commands, sub-analysis scaffolding, status, failure diagnosis Folds decision-guide.md into the Decisions section of astra-reference. Folds sub-analysis guidance (when to split, worked examples, anti-patterns, composition mechanics) into astra-reference. Updates all skill, template, script, and test references.
