The /prism skill was confusing since users should never invoke it directly. Its content was ~90% redundant with the CLAUDE.md template. Relocates the unique pieces (routing table, artifact evidence) to the template, updates skill cross-references to point at project root CLAUDE.md, and fixes the cli.py fallback string.
