Supported versions

This repository currently supports the main branch only.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you discover a security issue, please do not open a public issue first.

Contact maintainers privately with:

summary of the issue
impact
reproduction steps
suggested fix (if available)

Please avoid sharing sensitive data in plain text.

Notes specific to this project

This tool edits local files under ~/.codex. Before running in production-like environments:

always run --dry-run first
verify backups were created
stop Codex.app before write operations
