outdated fix with proton-7 and dotnet48

Hello, hereby I wish to inform you that this project is currently outdated. It the patchergui.jar is malfunctioning with proton-7 and fixes for dotnet48. Could you please modify the README.md with a notice at the top that this project is outdated and should not be used until it is fixed?
