This is the download page for a Gimp Plugin called "Outline Deluxe" that does an outline only effect on images; sometimes with a bevel or remembrance of the original color. This plugin is intended for Gimp 2.99.19+ but will work on 2.10 and earlier.

Source Code
For some reason the auto Github generated source code of this filter is outdated. So please use the updated source code I provided here named source_code_of_outline_deluxe.zip

Then Restart Gimp and go to GEGL Operations to find the plugin. If you use Gimp 2.99.16+ it will be under filters>text styling.
