Ugh, that diff doesn't really help. Is the change here that the file was moved? Looks like there were some real changes but that's hidden by the whole-file aspect. That's not a vote against, just going to take longer to look at. |

The file has moved, yes. Following the workflow as outlined in README.md. The "Problem Statement" section did not change. This change adds the "Proposed Solution" I agree, with the move of the file from documents/proposals to documents/problems this makes for an ugly non intuitive diff. I guess we want to get back to the drawing board and rethink the move of documents to track the work flow. I'll take that part to the list. |

I'd go for the high range instead as 0-99 will fill up quickly and collide with "legacy" distro specific accounts that already exist. Also tracking of uids in that range is not centralized in all distributions so there is no easy overview to see how full it really is.
