Should Smooth Navigation Be the Default?

Hi everyone!

I'm planning to remove the Smooth Navigation experiment and make it an official feature.

Please try it out in the latest nightly, the current stable isn't as performant.

Beta.5 its terrible. It should still be wip.

On Linux, smooth navigation works really well for me with a mouse.

Touch navigation was still broken, but I've improved the touch handling now and it feels much smoother as well.

This should be included in the next beta.

I tried the latest beta 67 and it works much better now, but still, there is some jitterness and sudden stops. I prefer that this feature gets worked on properly till near perfectness, since its very crucial, because it affects the entire viewport and how users interact with it.
