README を新アーキテクチャ（Cloudflare Worker + DO）に全面書き換え。 旧構成（Python receiver, NSSM, Cloudflare Tunnel, events.json）を削除。 docs/0-requirements.md も Worker/DO/SSE ベースの仕様に更新。 refs #56 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
