ZenDesktop Premium v3.8.0 is here! This stable release updates the five core mods with deep file explorer transparency fixes, user-intuitive window transparency inversion, and persistent desktop icon hide state support, packaged with our new Python customizer GUI launcher.

  1. 📁 File Explorer Transparency & UXTheme Hooking (local@zen-fileexplorer-acrylic)
  • UXTheme API Hooks: Added uxtheme.dll hooks to intercept backgrounds for column headers (SysHeader32), active sorted columns, navigation splitters, and container borders. Opaque black elements in Details View are resolved.
  • Brush Migration: Migrated to stable WinUI SolidColorBrush to prevent black-screen fallbacks on Windows 11.
  1. 🎛️ Window Transparency Inversion ("Default 0, Larger is More Transparent")
  • Transparency Scale: Inverted zenWholeWindowAlpha so that 0 represents fully opaque text & icons, and larger values increase transparency.
  • Auto Value Migration: Built-in registry upgrade migration safely maps legacy 100% config values to new 0% scale.
  1. 🖱️ Persistent Desktop Icon Hide State (local@zen-desktop-toggle-icons)
  • State Saving: Manual double-click hides are saved to HKCU Registry and persist automatically across user logoffs, system restarts, and explorer resets.
  1. 🐍 Python GUI Customizer & Launcher (run_customizer.bat)
  • One-click launch launcher automatically packages, verifies, and installs CustomTkinter dependencies for a clean tray-style config panel.

  • 【UxTheme 挂钩】：挂钩拦截了 uxtheme.dll 绘制接口，在底层避开详细信息列表下列标题栏（SysHeader32）、排序高亮列、侧边栏分割线的默认背景，消灭黑底黑线瑕疵。
  • 【原生画刷移植】：将易失效的 WindhawkBlur 重构为原生 SolidColorBrush，依托全局 Mica/Acrylic 带来晶莹透亮的玻璃质感。
  1. 🎛️ 整窗前景透明度控制翻转（“默认为0，数值越大越透明”）
  • 【透明滑块翻转】：zenWholeWindowAlpha 默认值调整为 0%（图标与文字不透明）。数值越大越透光。
  • 【兼容自动迁移】：检测到老版本配置会自动以 新值 = 100 - 旧值 映射保存，避免老用户升级后瞬间看不清。
  1. 🖱️ 桌面图标双击隐藏“持久化保存”
  • 【状态记忆】：双击隐藏的状态将记录至 HKCU 注册表，在重启电脑、重启资源管理器后仍然自动保持隐藏。
