[FEATURE_REQUEST] Add auto-configuration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Running in an orchestrator, it can auto-configure the list of websites.

Describe the solution you'd like

Monitor the Kubernetes and automatically declare new website when Ingress is added/changed.
